All orders placed via the site (ereshop.com) are subject to terms of the following Conditions of Orders.No change, alteration, deletion or modification of any of this Agreement.

We offer bank wire transfer, email payment and credit card payment through Paypal.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be prepaid by the customers.Actual shipping charges are calculated during checkout. Before checkout, the website can estimate the shipping charges for customers by list of estimates for shipping methods available from your items in your cart and your selected destination. Normally all parcels would be delivered within 3 business days.

For international customers: We provide 2 methods for shipping service.
* FedEx International Priority Express, cannot service all cities, usually 3-7 business days for delivery time. Customer can online tracking via www.fedex.com. If your shipping address is outside service area of FedEx then your order will be shipped by Postal International Registered Parcel instead.
* Postal International Registered Parcel, can service all cities, usually 10-15 days for delivery time, but can take 21 days to some countries. Delivery is made by the destination country's postal service. In some countries, customers can track the shipment status on website of the posts office of destination country after the shipment arrives at your country by using registered number.
For Thailand customers: We provide 2 methods for shipping service.
* Postal Domestic Registered Parcel, usually 2-3 business days for delivery time. Delivery is made by Thailand Post and can online tracking via Thailand Post's website.
* Postal Express Mail Service (EMS), usually 1-2 business days for delivery time. Delivery is made by Thailand Post and can tracking via Thailand Post's website.
Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of customers.
Returns policy
* All returns must be authorized by an RMA number. Email sales@ereshop.com for authorization number before shipping back any merchandise.Please include your name, order number and the reason for the return in your email request.
* Returns for any unaffected goods permitted within 7 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. After such time, item will incur a 15% restocking charge.
* All returns will incur a 4% payment service charge.
* Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
* Returned goods shipping charges are the responsibility of customers.
